Brave New World (I)

So thanks to the help of Mac, Michelle C., and Sam because they helped me understand what the foreword and first chapter was about. The foreword I more or less understood it. It is talking about how the author wrote what he wrote but then couldn't go back and edit it because the first time that he wrote it, it was his "reality" so if he were to edit it and change things it wouldn't be the same reality that he originally wrote. He also decides to predict where the world would be in terms of war and a few other big topics. In the first chapter, the setting takes in place a plantation type of location. Human beings are being made. Their whole life's are being set up exactly the way the people making them want them to live. There are a certain number of high class, middle class, and lower class individuals. The jobs and levels of how smart each person are all preplanned. We all know though that when a plan is set into place it doesn't always end up the way you wanted it to happen. So....we shall see how this master plan will work out!
